YOU WILL:

As a Data Scientist with us, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing advanced data science techniques to enhance our data pipelines, ensure data quality, and drive machine learning initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leveraging your extensive software development experience, particularly in .Net, to contribute to the design and development of our cloud-based platform.
• Applying your statistical and mathematical expertise to develop and deploy machine learning models that provide actionable insights for our clients.
• Utilizing your proficiency in SQL and data warehousing processes to manage and analyze large datasets effectively.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design dimensional data models and execute ETL tasks for optimal data capture and query efficiency.
• Employing data analysis techniques to derive insights, rank data, and implement advanced analysis methods.
• Communicating complex technical concepts effectively to stakeholders and contributing to a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

YOU NEED:

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Database Management: Strong knowledge in SQL and experience in managing large datasets
• Proficiency in Machine Learning Techniques: Demonstrable expertise in developing and implementing machine learning models
• Data Warehousing and ETL Skills: Proven ability in working with data warehousing processes and executing ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) tasks effectively.
• Data Warehouse Modelling: Proficiency in designing dimensional data models for data capture and query efficiency.
• Data Processing Capabilities: Skilled in data cleansing, transformation, and normalization to ensure data quality and consistency.
• Data Analysis Techniques: Experience in data ranking, scoring, and other advanced analysis methods to derive insights.
• Background in .Net Development: Solid prior experience in developing software with .Net, showcasing proficiency in C# and related technologies
• Effective Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to different stakeholders.
• Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to analyze complex datasets and solve intricate problems.
• Educational Background: A degree in Computer Science OR Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field, with a focus on data science or machine learning, or equivalent professional work experience

WOULD BE A PLUS:

• Azure Machine Learning Expertise: experience in utilizing Azure ML for building and deploying models.
• Agile Methodology: Experience working in Agile environments, with a good understanding of Agile principles.
