ADVISORY BOARD MEMBERS

With the registration of the brand "nearshorefriends" a new chapter begins for our company. This is also connected with the expansion of the organization with a top-class advisory board, which will from now on support our motto "Value driven nearshore quality". IRYNA ZHOVTOBRYUKH

Tech - Manager with many years of nearshore experience

Iryna Zhovtobryukh has been building up Tech - Teams for over 15 years. Born in Ukraine, she graduated from the Cherkassy State Technical University with a degree in Computer Science and started her career as a software developer. Further stages of her career have included positions in international companies as Agile Delivery Manager, Product Owner and Scrum Master. Iryna has been living in Germany since 2014 and is currently CTO (Chief Technology Officer) of a successful tech company in the Fintech sector. Iryna speaks four languages and lives in Berlin.

DIETER REICHERT

Serial Entrepreneur

As CEO of censhare AG, Dieter developed integrated marketing and communication technology. Before Dieter founded censhare AG together with partners, he managed VISION GmbH as a system integrator for publishing houses. Besides technology companies he founded the Mudra-Drogenhilfe e.V., the culturelife Event GmbH and worked in indigenous projects worldwide. Since 2019, the entrepreneur has concentrated on a few investments and accompanies them as a coach, mentor and idea provider. In the course of his career Dieter has repeatedly gained experience in the offshore and nearshore environment.

FABIAN WITTLEBEN

Company builder with nearshore experience

Fabian Wittleben studied business administration at the Leopold-Franzens University of Innsbruck and subsequently earned an MBA in Hong Kong with a focus on Finance & Economics. Before he was responsible for Bonial Services as Managing Director, he spent a total of 4 years in Colombia, where he developed off-/online business models and also worked as a mentor at the Founders Institute. Fabian has been a partner at CG Partners since March 2019 and invests there as an active early-stage investor in innovative digital business models. With more than 30 active startup investments and in the course of his career he has repeatedly initiated nearshore models.

EVA WITTKA

Transformation and scale-up expert

Eva completed her business degree in Würzburg, Germany, which she later complemented with an executive degree in corporate innovation at Stanford. Her professional career led her into the IT and media industry, where she successfully implemented strategic projects relating to digital transformation for ProSiebenSat1, Bertelsmann and SAP, among others. As a trained Innovation & Strategy Coach, her focus over the last ten years has been on leadership roles in which new business areas and models as well as complex growth cases are to be realised. Eva is currently COO of the Jochen Schweizer mydays Group and is responsible for the scaling of the newly integrated digital booking platform and for operational excellence in the company.
